At CES, Rohde & Schwarz is set to exhibit a range of live demonstrations that showcase the most advanced test innovations for the automotive industry.

At the booth, attendees can see the latest innovations in automotive and wireless test technology, including the next evolution of its radar test solution to simulate objects electronically at extremely short distances.

In addition, Rohde & Schwarz will highlight multiple demonstrations with technology partners and leading chip manufacturers at the company’s booth. These include a new wireless Battery Management System (BMS) validation and production test solution.

“We are proud to be at the center of the automotive ecosystem, contributing test solutions that advance the industry’s vision of autonomous driving, electrification and connectivity”, said Juergen Meyer, vice president of the automotive market segment at Rohde & Schwarz. Other demonstrations at the show will include a patented FMCW radar minimum object distance for radar object simulation. Both the R&S AREG800A automotive radar echo generator and the R&S QAT100 antenna array will display driving scenario simulations for testing radar based advanced driver assistance systems over the air.

Show attendees will additionally experience the R&S CMX500 5G one-box signaling tester, which provides a 5G Voice Quality and a LTE based emergency call testing solution for unique modeling for all signaling use cases, ranging from R&D design stages to end-to-end application testing to production testing.

Rohde & Schwarz executives, including North America chief operating officer Chris Eriksen, senior vice president for radio communications testers Christoph Pointner, and vice president for automotive testing Juergen Meyer are available for individual meetings.

Rohde & Schwarz will present its solutions at CES 2024 in Las Vegas from January 9 to January 12, 2024, in West Hall at booth #6567.
