Passive Plus, Inc. (PPI) offers a line of Hi-Q Capacitors available in 4 larger case sizes.

Spectrum GmbH has announced an option (M4i.22xx-ir40m) for its highly successful, high-speed 22xx series of digitizer products that increases their sensitivity and therefore absolute resolution for low amplitude signals in the ±40 mV up to ±0.5 V range.  The current products are optimized to acquire, store and analyze signals in the ±200 mV up to ±2.5 V range.

Passive Plus, Inc. (PPI) now offers extended-values for the Traditional NP0, Hi-Q 0505 (.055” x .055”) -- now available up to 1,000pF; and 1111 (.110” x .110”) -- now available up to 10,000pF (.01uF). The 0505 and 1111 have an increased Operational Temperature up to 200°C. These parts exhibit Low ESR/ESL, Low Noise, High Self-Resonance as well as ultra-stable performance over temperature. Usually used for wireless broadcasting equipment, mobile base stations, GPS, MRI, and radar applications and offered in magnetic and non-magnetic terminations.

The new R&S RT-ZVC02/04 multichannel power probe can measure across large current and voltage ranges without having to switch ranges, making it possible to monitor the power consumption of chipsets, radio modules and wearables such as smartwatches. When used in combination with an R&S RTE or R&S RTO oscilloscope, the current drain can be clearly correlated with analog and digital control signals, enabling developers to optimize the battery life of such wearables and wireless devices early in the development cycle.
