PPI offers traditional Hi-Q, Low ESR, Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors. The 2225C/P (.220" x .250") and 3838C/P (.380" x .380") case size capacitors have an increased Operating Temperature qualified to 200°C.
These capacitors exhibit Low ESR/ESL, Low Noise, High RF Power, High Self-Resonance, as well as ultra-stable performance over temperature and available in NP0 dielectrics & P90.
Typical Functional Applications: Bypass, Coupling, Tuning, Impedance Matching and D.C. Blocking. Typical Circuit Applications: UHF/VHF RF Power Amplifiers, Antenna Tuning, Plasma Chambers and Medical.
Available with Magnetic, or Non-Magnetic terminations.

2225C/P and 3838C/P Series capacitors can also be incorporated into Custom Assemblies for these types of applications. All assembly components receive 100% Partial Discharge and 100% Sonoscan for internal defects prior to assembly. Final assemblies then receive 100-hour Military Burn-in, assuring highest quality and reliability.
