Passive Plus, Inc. (PPI) now offers extended voltage for the EIA Low ESR 0201N Series. Previously rated with 25 V, these capacitors now have extended voltage of 50 V. These capacitors are 100 percent RoHS and parts exhibit low ESR/ESL, low noise, high self-resonance, as well as ultra-stable performance over temperature.
0201N Series:
- Size: 0.020 in x 0.010 in
- Value Range: 0.1pF to 100pF
- WVDC: 25 V
- Extended WCDC: 50 V
- Q = 2000 min. at 1 MHz
- TC: 0 +/- 30 PPM/°C (-55°C to +175°C)
