Teledyne LeCroy announced the further development of its Teledyne Test Tools (T3)-branded portfolio of test equipment with the launch of the T3VNA1500 vector network analyzer (VNA). This product launch enhances the existing T3 test equipment portfolio, adding to the affordable selection of test equipment that engineers, developers and schools can use to assemble a well-equipped test bench efficiently, reliably and within budget.

Teledyne LeCroy announced availability of the WaveSurfer 4000HD High Definition Oscilloscope (HDO), the first in its class to feature 12-bit vertical resolution at all times, showing clean, crisp waveforms on a bright, 12.1 in. touch screen display.

Teledyne LeCroy announces support for PCI Express 5.0 physical layer testing with an advantage in calibration and test completion time with QPHY-PCIE5-TX-RX physical-layer software option for LabMaster 10Zi-A series oscilloscopes.

Teledyne LeCroy introduces the HDO4000A, HDO6000A, HDO8000A, and MDA800A analog and mixed-signal oscilloscopes. These four high-definition oscilloscope product lines range from 200 MHz – 1 GHz bandwidth and utilize 12-bit HD4096 technology. This technology arrived in 2012 and remains unique in the market place. Today’s announcement takes these ground-breaking products to new levels of measurement capability.

Teledyne LeCroy introduced the WaveSurfer 510 oscilloscope, providing 1 GHz bandwidth and 10 GS/s sample rate simultaneously on all 4 channels at a price of $12,900. The WaveSurfer 510 combines the MAUI® with OneTouch user interface with powerful waveform processing, in addition to advanced math, measurement, and debug tools, to quickly analyze and find the root cause of problems. The 12.1” touch-screen display of the WaveSurfer 510 is the largest in its class and makes viewing waveform abnormalities fast and easy.

Teledyne LeCroy announced the addition of fully automated transmitter testing for 56-Gb/s, PAM4-based interfaces. The new QPHY-56G-PAM4 option adds standards-specific measurement capabilities to a measurement portfolio that already includes the PAM4 signal analysis capabilities pioneered by Teledyne LeCroy in recent years.

Teledyne LeCroy, a worldwide leader in serial data test solutions, will showcase the world’s first Serial Attached SCSI 4.0 (SAS) live technology demonstration at DesignCon 2017. The next evolution of the enterprise storage standard, SAS 4.0 doubles the effective bandwidth over the current 12Gb/s SAS specification yet preserves backward compatibility to enable easier data center adoption. The Teledyne LeCroy exhibit will feature the Sierra T244 Protocol Analyzer platform, the first commercially available solution for testing and validating SAS 4.0 protocol.

Teledyne LeCroy launched two new products ¾ the RP4030 active voltage rail probe and an industry first MIPI System Power Management Interface (SPMI) serial decoder. The RP4030 probe measures small signal variations on a DC power/voltage rail, while the SPMI decoder monitors and correlates SPMI serial bus messages with DC power/voltage rail changes. These two products are ideal for testing line or battery-powered computing and embedded systems that use digital power management ICs (PMICs) to reduce power consumption and increase system efficiency.
